1) Quantity Prices are “Adjusted Unit Prices” for the quantity purchased.

2) Site License or Network Server pricing is the same as Quantity Prices using simultaneous user quantity (active terminals) instead of copy quantity. One copy of disk(s) is provided. Purchaser is responsible for limiting usage to quantity purchased. Purchase quantity of 50 allows unlimited number of users. Licensed use is by purchaser’s workers for purchaser’s activities. Access may be local or remote.

3) Upgrades (one-time only without future revisions) to the latest version of the same software cost 30% of the Adjusted Unit Price each (50% for versions more than one year old). New versions of software are announced at http://www.WeibullNews.com on the internet.

4) Software Upgrade Maintenance is available at 40% of the Adjusted Unit Price per year with minimum starting term of 2-years and then 1-year terms afterward. Software maintenance gives purchaser the latest new version upon demand at any time during the maintenance term.

5) Shipping/Handling is free for site license or network server purchase (quantity of 10 minimum). Shipping/Handling is $20.00 ($40.00 outside of North America) for each separate purchase.

 

Example 1: New purchase of Unlimited LAN license for SuperSMITH software (SSS) at current $840 list price = (50)*(0.67)*($840) = $28,140.00

Example 2: New purchase of 10-user server license for SuperSMITH Weibull (WSW) at current $580 list price = (10)*(0.7)*($580) = $4,060.00

Example 3: New purchase of 5 copies of SuperSMITH Visual (WSV) at current $480 list price =

Example 4: Upgrade of 2 copies of SuperSMITH YBath (WSY) at current $380 list price =

(2)*(0.9)*($380) = $684.00

Example 5: Software Upgrade Maintenance of Unlimited LAN license for SSS at current $840 list price = (50)*(0.4)*(.67)*($840) = $11,256.00
