The SuperSMITH(TM) Package is the complete self-study course for Weibull Engineering solutions.
The package includes single-user licenses for the SuperSMITH Weibull software, SuperSMITH Visual software, and SuperSMITH YBath(TM) software, and includes a copy of the world standard Weibull reference handbook, plus a computer software tutorial booklet. Software licenses are for FULL versions, not DEMO versions and not limited with respect to time of use. The included software can be employed for actual problem-solving in real work environments.
SuperSMITH software is the leading software for Weibull Engineering. It comes on a single CD and installs on standard Windows(R) systems or on Windows simulators in seconds. This state-of-the-art software performs variability analysis for life data and for dimension data. Important uses are for design, manufacturing, reliability, safety, maintainability, supportability, quality control, product assurance, sizing, and warranty analysis.
SuperSMITH Weibull performs probability distribution plotting analysis on any measurements. Analysis includes both graphical and likelihood based solutions with automatic best-fit model determination and confidence bounds. Tools include Abernethy Risk failure forecasting, Optimum Replacement interval, Barringer Process Reliability (BPR), Test Requirements calculator, and Accelerated Testing data analysis.
SuperSMITH Visual is a general X-Y plotting program with additional capability for Crow/AMSAA reliability growth modeling, and Nelson Recurrent Event (NRE) modeling. Curve-fitting and transforms are included.
SuperSMITH Ybath(TM) models up to 3 separate failure mechanisms in the same set of measurements as well as performing standard graphical and likelihood based solutions.
The New Weibull Handbook(c) included with this package is the de-facto standard reference for Weibull Engineering. It is written by the #1 Weibull expert in the world, Dr. Robert B. Abernethy (Dr. Bob). His PhD is in statistics, and he is also one of the landmark engineers of the twentieth century. As an example, the patent for the engines that powered the fastest manned aircraft since 1964 and still the fastest to date (the SR-71 Blackbird spy plane) is in his name.
